Dehm Associates, LLC, Geneseo, NY, has conducted its first nationwide wage and benefit survey of dairy farm employees. A total of 34 farmers responded with annual wage and benefit package information for herdsperson, assistant herdsperson, feeder, calf raiser, crop and milker employees. All respondents were provided with a free and personalized benchmark report comparing their farm to others in the same and other regions of the U.S.
