Dehm Associates, LLC
Founded
in 1991, Dehm Associates, LLC has worked with hundreds
of growers, farmers, and producers to help them operate
more profitably.

MISSION
For
growers, farmers and producers: The mission of
Dehm Associates, LLC is to provide accurate, efficient,
and user-friendly decision-making information
in a timely fashion.

Bruce credits his ability to develop user-friendly reports
and analyses to his experience in the Peace Corps. While
serving in the Peace Corps, the cultural and language
differences he experienced emphasized the importance of
accurate and efficient communication. His Farming Systems
Research and Extension training at the University of Florida
provided a strong foundation and understanding of how
the interrelationship of the biological, social, physical
and economic environments impact the way crop and livestock
farmers make decisions.
Many
of the reports, benchmarks and analyses the firm produces
are a direct response to the needs of its clients as they
try to understand and improve the profitability of their
farms. It is our mission at Dehm Associates to help farms
of any size excel and preserve the farm for future generations
with accurate and efficient user-friendly decision-making
information.
Dehm
Associates, LLC has offices located in Geneseo, New York
and provides business services to dairy producers and
others throughout the U.S.
OUR
PHILOSOPHY
Our
philosophy is simple.
A
tiny seed contains all the instructions for a
plant to germinate, grow and adapt itself to the
environment. To achieve this, it uses roots, leaves
and systematic biological processes.
This
simple message Do the Right Job Consistently,
contains almost all the instructions for operating
a profitable farm. To achieve this, farm managers
use information converted to knowledge to apply
the right solution through systematic processes.
Farmers that do this most effectively are the
most profitable.
Discovering
which right job farmers need to work on
and then monitoring the results, is the role of
Dehm Associates, LLC. We help farmers turn information
into knowledge so that decisions that improve
efficiency and profitability re made consistently.

objective of the Dairy Dashboard™ family
of reports and benchmarks is to simply and effectively
communicate with producers the connection between
their production processes and financial performance.

Who
We Are
|
Bruce
Dehm, MS, President
Bruce
is recognized for pioneering innovative methods
of reporting and analyzing financial and production
trends for dairy and other farm businesses. He achieved
a dual MS degree from the University of Florida
in Food and Resource Economics and Farming Systems
Research and Extension, and an B.S. degree from
Cornell University. He also spent several years
in the Philippines as a Peace Corps Volunteer and
agricultural consultant. He enjoys spending time
with his family, studying martial arts, speaking
at Toastmasters International and backpacking.

John
Gremer, Information Specialist
John
grew up in Western New York and developed a love
for agriculture while working on several farms in
his youth. He earned his degree from Alfred State
College and has since furthered his education through
additional accounting and computer applications
training. John spent a number of years managing
and developing information management systems for
a commercial grain facility before joining Dehm
Associates, LLC in 1997. Currently, he heads up
the dairy information synthesis department, helping
clients compile data from diverse sources. In his
spare time, John rescues and remodels old houses.

Marci Frutkoff, FarmFax Specialist
Marci Frutkoff has a passion for bookkeeping that dates back to her days in high school.
She combines that skill with a degree in agriculture from SUNY Farmingdale and the result is FarmFax at Dehm Associates.
Providing up to date, accurate bookkeeping reports are her responsibility on the team.
Once the monthly reports are complete the information is given to DeLisa for further data entry.
She has been a part time employee at Dehm Associates since 1995 and a full time spouse to Bruce since 1982.
Outside of the office Marci enjoys being a MOM to her 3 children, hiking, knitting and being a puppy raiser for Guiding Eyes for the Blind.

DeLisa Parnell
DeLisa’s agricultural background began on her family dairy farm in Western NY.
DeLisa was active in 4-H and the county Dairy Princess Programs.
She then furthered her background by attending SUNY Alfred, majoring in Agricultural Business and Technology Management.
DeLisa joined Dehm Associates, LLC. in January 2008.
In DeLisa’s spare time you can find her gardening, scrapbooking or hitting the trails on her ATV and Snowmobile.
